Update on Brian at Home

Folks,
Jana and Brian are making the adjustment to homelife now. They are still working out some kinks. Brian fell in the bathroom tripping over a piece of carpet. He landed on his rear bumper. So we are making adjustments as we learn. He has had both physical therapy and occupational therapy come out to see him and will continue to do so at least 2-3 times a week.
We are still wrestling with the Golf Cart. Looks like we may have to load it up and take it to a Golf Cart surgeon ... I mean mechanic. Sorry. Old habit.
Jana is taking another part time job to help out with their limited income. She is going to work for a surgeon friend, a dance mom who's name escapes me at the moment. Kim. Kim ... ah ... Burger? Maybe? I'm old. She has checked in on Jana and Brian a number of times while in the hospital and has offered her professional encouragement along the way. So many good friends!
What would we do without them. Kindness is such a rare gem it seems these days. With so many wonderful friends Jana and Brian certainly have struck it rich in the most important of ways. Good friends.

We will keep updating you on their progress, maybe not quite as often as before but at least every other day. We'll take some more pictures too.
