A Suprise Visitor!
After Brian encouraged me to lay down for a nap, I gave in. Only to be awoken by Dr. Eric Davis standing at Brian's bed. There truly are no words for me to describe how truly special this moment was for me. I began to introduce Brian to this incredible man, but before I could finish, Brian said, "I know who he is." Brian recognized him immediately. He was unsure of who he was, but knew that he knew him. I was so star struck, I forgot to take a picture, but I promise, when Brian visits Dr. Davis back at University when he can walk through the front doors, I will have a priceless picture to put on this page and frame in our home. He told us that, while he was supposed to go work at the VA, he's decided his true love is trauma at University and that's where he will remain while still working for Jewish doing some general surgery. I hope the people that have him as their doctor in the future know what a complete blessing this man is. I just wish that all of our families were here to thank him in person as well.
I am overflowing with emotions. I've looked forward to the day when Brian could shake this man's hand and say thank you, and it arrived. It is so hard to believe that one single man can be responsible for all of the wonderful memories Brian and I still have left to share. When Brian and I have children, buy our first home, skip our first steps together - this man will receive pictures in his mailbox.
God is so so good.

I am thrilled for both of you I know that was a priceless moment.You are right Jana God is good!! I am working away to make the yardsale a success for you both. I can tell you I was a bit taken aback when a uhaul and yes I am not crazy it was a pull behind UHAUL that showed up here on Saturday morning.I think my eyes popped out of my head!!!! I began working and soon realized it was not going to work and with a few phone calls, I had sold some big items and made 200 bucks for you. I am desperate for help on the saturday morning of the yard sale May12th at 7:00 am for set up! Also I really need someone to help coordinate drinks and a bake sale ANY TAKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
